Suitable for all, no yoga experience required. Yoga mats and props are provided. Bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. The focus is on mums doing yoga although babies join in from time to time. You're free to stop to feed, change nappies, whatever you need to do for your baby. There's no judgment, just understanding and support.
